Annual Meetings of Stockholders

NOTE:

• Shareholders are required to bring their Stockholder Meeting Notice, or other evidence of ownership of Boston Beer shares, and photo identification.

• Doors will open at 2:00 pm and seating is limited. While we anticipate being able to accommodate all attendees based on historical attendance statistics, we also encourage you to arrive early due to capacity restrictions at the Taproom.

• Use of public transportation is strongly encouraged due to parking limitations. The closest subway stops are Government Center and State. For the commuter rail, the Taproom is also approximately a half-mile walk through downtown Boston from both South Station and North Station.
